Dash and Kaden were both born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before the family moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2018 when their father took a position as a strength and conditioning coach for Ohio State's athletic department, helping lead a Big Ten championship team during his time there. Their father's own family owns and operates a farm in central Pennsylvania - the boys didn't grow up on it day to day, but the blue-collar work ethic of that farm got passed down all the same.

Their mother's family is from the Dominican Republic, with Taino roots - she was the first in her family born in the Uniited States. That heritage is a real point of pride for both brothers, carried alongside everything they've built in Ohio.

Growing up, Dash and Kaden played just about every sport before gravitating toward football and lacrosse. In Columbus, they found both at a high level: Resolute Lacrosse, one of the country's premiere lacrosse clubs, and a football program led by a head coach who played college football at SMU, with assistant coaches who include former Ohio State standouts Greg and Steve Bellisari, both of who went on to play in the NFL. That kind of high-level playing and coaching experience is a big part of why the program has built a culture of winning and high standards - and why two brothers raised to outwork everyone in the room have found it exactly the right fit.
